PROJECT CEA

Creative Career Case Study (Phase 1)

A small, intentional pilot program for actors and independent artists building sustainable creative careers.

Welcome!

I’m really glad you’re here.

You’re receiving this invitation because you agreed to participate in a small, intentional case study I’m running for creatives — specifically actors and independent artists navigating the early-to-mid stages of their careers.

This is Part 1 of a larger 8-week framework I’m developing called Chief Executive Artist (CEA) — a program designed to help creatives build careers that are not only artistically fulfilling, but financially sustainable.

Why This Exists

Actors are trained in technique — but rarely taught how to run their careers like businesses.

So we are here to help creatives build the financial and strategic foundation that allows them to keep creating — without burning out or giving up due to financial stress.

What Is This?

Designed for actors and independent artists (0–4 years into their careers) who want more structure, financial clarity, and sustainable creative growth.

Over 4 weeks, you’ll receive guided prompts, tested resources, light accountability, and a space to help shape the program through feedback.

Phase 1 is complimentary in exchange for active participation and honest input, and is intentionally limited to a small group.

After Week 4, you’ll have the option to continue into Part 2 (Weeks 5–8) for $47 — with no pressure to continue.

  • "“Working with Auri on A Part of This Mess was a really great experience. She has a strong eye for detail and a clear creative vision, while still being very open to collaboration and different mindsets on set. She also brings such a fun energy to her work, with great comedic timing that made the process genuinely enjoyable. Being part of this project with her was both creatively fulfilling and a lot of fun.”."

  • "“Working with Auri on our short dramedy was a great experience. She has a rare ability to be dramatically funny, grounding the performance emotionally while still finding the humor in the moment. She came prepared, collaborated well on set, and elevated every scene she was in. I'd absolutely work with her again."

    — Mel

  • "I really loved working with Auri. She is wonderful, has a great attitude, and she has a really nice work ethic. As a talent, she is really good, and hopefully I'll get to work with her again."

    — Christian

A Personal Note

You’re in the room on purpose, and I’m excited to build this with you.

More details will be shared soon.

Warmly,
Auri
